I want to cancel

You can cancel anytime from the subscription panel. We would rather you stay — tell us why you are leaving and we will try to make it right.

I want to change plan or frequency

Change it from the subscription panel if you want coffee more or less often.

I want to pause

Pause for as many cycles as you need from the subscription panel.

I want to change the delivery address

Request it in the panel. Change it before Tuesday if you want it to apply to the next shipment.

What does a subscription cost?

Each pound is $45,000 COP.

Shipping inside Colombia is free. Outside Colombia we add the real shipping cost.
